How We Rate Casinos

Six criteria. Each one has a defined pass threshold and a defined fail. Any casino below the fail line is not included on this site.

1. Support Coverage and Mobile Readiness. Pass: live chat available and responding within the posted window; full cashier flow—deposit, game launch, withdrawal request—working on both a current iPhone and a mid-range Android device without redirecting to a desktop browser. Email support responding within 24 hours. Fail: live chat offline during posted hours; core cashier functions broken on either platform; email response after 48 hours or not at all.
2. CAD Deposits, Withdrawals, and Processing Times. Pass: Canadian dollars accepted without conversion fees at the point of deposit; withdrawal completed within the casino's stated timeframe; no undisclosed transaction charges. Fail: CAD deposits converted with a fee that was not disclosed before the transaction; withdrawal arriving later than stated without explanation; additional charges appearing only on the confirmation screen.
3. Kahnawake Gaming Commission Licence. Pass: active licence number found in the casino's footer or terms, confirmed in the public register at gamingcommission.ca. Fail: number absent, not found in the register, or showing a lapsed status. A casino that lists a different regulator as its licence authority does not qualify.
4. Player Account Controls. Pass: deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and a self-exclusion tool all reachable within the account area in two clicks or fewer; self-exclusion activates immediately without requiring a call to support. Fail: any of these controls absent, or accessible only by contacting support via phone or email.
5. Game Return Rates. Fail: stated RTPs not verifiable against provider data; blackjack paying 6:5; absence of independent audit documentation.
6. Loyalty Points and CAD Conversion. Pass: points earned per CAD wager confirmed by tracking a live session; effective conversion rate within ten percent of the rate shown on the casino's loyalty page; no unexplained point resets during the review period. Fail: conversion rate more than ten percent below the advertised figure; points reset without prior notice.
